FOUNDED IN 2004
Stephanie Gasparovic, a former second grade teacher, founded the group under her name. By 2008 Stephanie was recognized as a top agent nationally being selected for the prestigious "30 Under 30" by REALTOR Magazine.

WORLD CLASS SALES ORGANIZATION
In 2009, Stephanie's husband Ladd Gasparovic joined forces to create a world class sales organization. By combining the high touch, personal feel of a single agent with the powerful marketing, systems, and leadership of a large sales organization the vision of the Gasparovic Group was formed.

REINVENTION IN 2017
Wanting to do more, they decided to disrupt the real estate industry through reinvention. REACH Properties was established to live out the new mission and vision and embody the culture that has developed around it. Through these team foundations we are reaching beyond business to impact people and the communities we serve.
