I am one of the few true natives of Wilmington, and my deep familiarity with Wilmington and its surrounding areas sets me apart. Since 1995, I have been a dedicated Realtor with a background in insurance and banking.

On January 1, 2015, my business partner, Kirk, and I founded KBT Realty. We took a significant step forward on January 1, 2023, by partnering with PLACE, an all-in-one real estate services and technology platform for top teams. This partnership aligns us with Agents and Brokers in the top 1% nationwide, and it has been an honor to be associated with such esteemed professionals.

When I’m not working, I enjoy boating, sport fishing, cooking, traveling, and spending time on the Intracoastal Waterway. I also adore my miniature dachshunds: Axel, Daisy, and Pippa.

Why Experience Matters
My journey to becoming a successful Realtor/Broker in today's market began while working as an Insurance Sales Agent. During that time, I attended the American College of Bryn Mawr, PA, where I gained valuable insights into the financial market. This education laid the foundation for my Real Estate career. I firmly believe in the motto, "Knowledge is power." Simply holding a Real Estate license is not enough to meet the expectations of quality Realtors in today’s market. As an investor in our Wilmington Keller Williams Market Center and a former Coldwell Banker Franchise Owner, I comprehensively understand every aspect of real estate.

As a Wilmington native, I am passionate about giving back to my community. I have proudly served on numerous charity boards and committees, including the American Heart Association, The American Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America, The MDA “WOW” Events, WRAR Real Estate Auction and Food Fair, and Realtors Helping Realtors.
