Jason Bell

Born and raised in Scotland, Jason graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Law degree in 1996. After an exciting early career as a sailing instructor and yacht captain, Jason transitioned into real estate in 2005, focusing on sales in North Carolina. His commitment to delivering exceptional service has led to an ever-growing base of repeat and referral clients.

As the top-selling individual agent at KW Wilmington, Jason has earned numerous accolades, including three appointments to the Associate Leadership Council and serving as Chair of the Growth Committee. He is also a ten-time graduate of the Millionaire Agent Productivity Systems' BOLD training program and regularly teaches classes at the Keller Williams market center.

Outside of real estate, Jason is passionate about sailing, a skill he honed growing up on the west coast of Scotland. Summers spent sailing along Scotland’s rugged coastline with his family sparked a lifelong love for adventure. After winning several sailing races with his brother Nick and other talented crews, Jason was selected to represent Great Britain in sailing competitions in New Zealand.

Having crossed the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, voyages on the Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranean, Jason remains an active sailing instructor at Wrightsville Performance Sailing in North Carolina. His rich experiences on the water and in real estate highlight his dedication to excellence and a life filled with passion and purpose.
